 This autumn, we’ve got plenty of inspiration for our foodies in the form of exclusives from Nigella Lawson and Tana Ramsay. 

Our Autumn Food Collection special on September 28 will feature recipes from Nigella’s latest book. We’ll focus on healthy and hearty, the comfort food that Nigella is so good at, using the best seasonal produce.
 

 

Later in October, we’ll spend two weeks (12th and 19th) with You reader favourite, Tana Ramsay. Her latest book,  Home Made: Good Honest Food Made Easy, reflects her passion for healthy, nutritious and home-cooked food. Her new collection of recipes is based around her favourite core ingredients: chicken and duck, beef, fish and seafood, lamb, pork, vegetables, potatoes, fruit and chocolate. We’ll be dipping into all of these – Tana believes that cooking doesn’t need to be complicated which is perfect for our busy readers.

 

On October 26 we’ll be publishing a Best of British food special: 16 pages of ideas for using home-grown and locally-sourced food including warming soups and casseroles, the perfect fare for chilly evenings.

 

Nigella is also the source for the first part of our three-part Christmas collection on November 30. We’ll be looking at ideas for entertaining, highlighting scrumptious party recipes for the festive season.
